STAN'S POND

This is our own fly fishery - reserved just for Kingfisher members.It's a great place to practise and find your feet before venturing out on the bigger fisheries.

You will be able to catch trout right away while you are learning to cast. And you can try out different methods and techniques with the confidence that there are plenty of fish around.

You can fish at Stan's on the beginners days or on the supervised days listed in the 2009 programme. We will let you know if any extra days are planned.

How to find Stan's Pond. From the roundabout in the middle of Lindale village take the 'Back o'the Fell Road alongside the Lindale Inn. Follow this under the bypass and for about another half a mile. Look out for a 'Kingfishers' sign on your right and follow the track to the fishery.
