The Lake District Boat Club Ltd is a company limited by guarantee, owned by its members and run by an elected committee of 12 directors. We are registered with Companies House, No. 01091158, to whom we submit annual reports, etc. The Clubhouse is the registered office: "Cringlemire", Glebe Road, Bowness on Windermere, Cumbria LA23 3HE. The company was formed in 1972 out of the previous Lake District Boat Club founded in 1965.
